Which is Finlands capital?

Actually they both refer to the same city which is the capital of Finland. Helsinki is the name which it is commonly known by among English speakers though. Its past connection to Russia is still evident judging by the downtown neoclassical structures. It is strange that Helsinki is sparsely populated though despite its urban and economic growth.

The biggest population of immigrants in Finland exists in the city, even if generally it is considered not densely populated.
