Finland plans Internet access to all by 2010

HELSINKI—Finland plans to provide fast Internet access to all homes and offices by July. The Ministry of Transport and Communications says telecom operators must be able to provide "every residence and business office with access to a reasonably priced and high-quality connection" with a minimum speed of 1 megabit per second.
