Getting a taxi is quite easy in Helsinki, although at peak times one might need to wait a while for a free car.
The easiest way to get a taxi is to go straight to the taxi stands, which can be found all around the town. In the center the stands are mostly located in front of railwaystation, hotels and theatres.
One can also call for a taxi at 0100 0700, although this costs 0,99 € /a call + 0,08 € /10s + lnc.
